Jane's input and results driven attitude has garnered great success when she has been part of any proposed project such as the recent Business Acceleration Marketing & Management (BAMM) event and previous Business Connection events. Jane presents very detailed action steps to the desired goal. Specifically, any task which might be overwhelming to others is extremely, seamlessly, executed by Jane.

Jane Did an exceptional job supporting a team of executives for three weeks. From finding them a private home and setting it up to live in during their stay, to identifying and planning activities to help them immerse themselves in the local community, she was so knowledgeable. She also supported the team daily with groceries, to dinner reservations to dry cleaning. No task was too small or large for her. She executed all aspects of her concierge support professionally and with great efficiency.

I hired Gotcha Covered the help me organize and pack my home in preparation to move and I cannot say enough positive things about them!! They came in, took a look around and then got to work! I will be calling them again to assist with unpacking and organizing the new home!

Jane did an excellent job. She helped my mom go through her closet. We found some gems! My mother has Parkinson’s so it’s she moves slowly. She also has a difficult time letting things go. Jane was very patient with her and made the process fun. Thank you so much for all your help Jane. We will definitely use you again in the future.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    We worked with a group of IBM executives that were in Richmond for a 3 week stay. We found a home large enough to take care of the 6 of them and staged the home from beds down to the toilet paper. We set up office in the home and at a place in the city. While they were here we helped with ground transportation, dry cleaning, shopping, dinner reservations, meal delivery. They had 2 events with about 100 in attendance, we took care of both of those events, and scheduled activities for them while here. It was so much fun! I cried when they left....yes seriously

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    If what you are doing can be done by someone else, let us handle it. The relief of letting someone else take care of things that you don't need to deal with helps you keep a balance in your life.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    Being a personal concierge/lifestyle manager, we handle all types of requests. Just because we help a customer with a catering event or moving, that is not all we do. It is hard for people to grasp that we can take care of everything so they don't have to worry about it.
