- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We worked with a group of IBM executives that were in Richmond for a 3 week stay. We found a home large enough to take care of the 6 of them and staged the home from beds down to the toilet paper. We set up office in the home and at a place in the city. While they were here we helped with ground transportation, dry cleaning, shopping, dinner reservations, meal delivery. They had 2 events with about 100 in attendance, we took care of both of those events, and scheduled activities for them while here. It was so much fun! I cried when they left....yes seriously
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If what you are doing can be done by someone else, let us handle it. The relief of letting someone else take care of things that you don't need to deal with helps you keep a balance in your life.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Being a personal concierge/lifestyle manager, we handle all types of requests. Just because we help a customer with a catering event or moving, that is not all we do. It is hard for people to grasp that we can take care of everything so they don't have to worry about it.
