FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Normally we'll charge by the square foot, the prep work that needs to be done prior to painting, if there is any wall work that needs to be addressed, water damage, smoke damage and drywall work etc.. So pricing is subjective and is on a case by case basis to give an accurate estimate and fair price for both the customer and our company. We try our best to stay within your budget and if we foresee any upcharges outside the scope of work we've agreed upon, we will discuss with the customer before we move forward and blindly charge the homeowner or property manager.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we have a conversation with the customer and set up a physical walk thru to draw up a scope of work to give the customer an accurate estimate. Second, we set up a timeline for availability and a deadline. Third, we'll give the customer daily updates and pictures of the progress. Once we're finished, we'll physically walk the project with the customer to ensure the home owner or property manager is more than satisfied with the finished product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I believe in order to master any craft you have to put in your 10 thousand hours. In my case I've put in way more than that, working long days and nights putting in work. Every employee that works for my company, I'd hate to say but is true are probably more skilled than I am or just as. So properly vetting my team is the most vital part of our companies growth. We have the best of the best at what we do and take pride in it! It's never my way or the highway, but putting our minds together to figure out the right and the best way is the only way.. And that approach never let us down yet..
