I messaged Faro in a panic after having some appliance installers out who told me my marble countertop or tile flooring needed to be removed to remove the old dishwasher,in my recently purchased home, and install the new one. Faro reached out immediately and made a plan to come over same day, Friday evening, to help out. He assessed the situation and went above and beyond helping us remove the old one and get the new one prepped for us to install ourselves. I couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with TopSource for our new countertops! I’ll start with the initial process- I never felt pressured or rushed into anything. I wanted a farmhouse sink to be part of our new counters project, so Faro took extra time and energy figuring out a size/depth sink that would work with our cabinet set up (who knew farmhouse sinks were such a complicated trend?!) Faro then took the time to talk me through picking out our stone choice- answering my questions, large and small without hesitation. He was attentive, quick to reply and knowledgeable. Come installation day, they were prompt and professional and worked quickly! I was surprised it only took a few hours. They cleaned up after themselves, and didn’t leave a speck of debris- and our counters are absolutely stunning. Truly, I’m so glad we chose to support this family business rather than a large home improvement store. Faro was knee deep in the process from start to finish, they cared about their work and their customers- Genuinely we are so happy :) Thanks to Faro and Edwin!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 8% Military Discounts (Immediate Family) and 5% Teacher Discounts (Immediate Family).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we ask for the expected timeline. We then ask for pictures of the existing space that the project is focusing on. Then we ask for all the features and options that our prospective client would like included - we also offer suggestions if asked. We then provide an emailed formal estimate within 24 hours or less.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With a combined 20 years and a Virginia Home Improvement Contractor License we are up to date on the items related to countertop installation.
