Experience was great. Technician was able to diagnose the issue quickly and had it fixed in a reasonable time. The only downside I would say is the cost. Thumbtack says $99 service fee is waived if hired, but the fee was not in fact waived.

Michael and Yovani came for our regular check up. They explained everything that was done. Michael took pictures and showed me before and after the service.
