Although I selected work quality, value, and professional they were ALL very responsive and punctual as well. In fact, they were so personable, professional, punctual, responsive, and did such a good job taking their time installing my new introverted heat pump/new air handler system and making sure everything was good prior to leaving, and even explained what they did as far as the install. They also, let all of the information about my system taped on top of the air handler system in the crawlspace for future service technicians to reference when services is required. I also decided to go with Southern Goodman, because one of my aunts, one of my uncles, and two of my neighbors purchased their units from them. So there you have it! Thanks Southern Goodman for making sure I, my son, and my mother are all good for the coming winters and summers. I truly appreciate your business.

Bryce with SG came out to take care of my heat pump/thermostat issue right away. That means a lot when it’s so cold outside and they are busy this time of year. He was professional and explained everything to me and what the actual problem was but double checked everything else just to be sure. They are “SoGood”!
