Although I selected work quality, value, and professional they were ALL very responsive and punctual as well. In fact, they were so personable, professional, punctual, responsive, and did such a good job taking their time installing my new introverted heat pump/new air handler system and making sure everything was good prior to leaving, and even explained what they did as far as the install. They also, let all of the information about my system taped on top of the air handler system in the crawlspace for future service technicians to reference when services is required. I also decided to go with Southern Goodman, because one of my aunts, one of my uncles, and two of my neighbors purchased their units from them. So there you have it! Thanks Southern Goodman for making sure I, my son, and my mother are all good for the coming winters and summers. I truly appreciate your business.

Experience was great. Technician was able to diagnose the issue quickly and had it fixed in a reasonable time. The only downside I would say is the cost. Thumbtack says $99 service fee is waived if hired, but the fee was not in fact waived.

Michael and Yovani came for our regular check up. They explained everything that was done. Michael took pictures and showed me before and after the service. They made sure all my questions were answered. I am always happy and appreciative of the service and patience from the technicians.
