Our party planning is custom to each party because themes and number of guests would all be specific to a particular party. We provide comprehensive event services, handling everything from decor planning, setup to breakdown. Our team sets up tables, chairs, backdrops, and balloons. All backdrops include themed props. We provide full room decorations tables, chairs/seating and ceilings. We provide party favors and speakers for music from a steaming device. we handle the complete breakdown of everything we've set up. Our goal is to create a seamless experience for the host, so all they need to do is show up (and bring the cake and treats! :) ).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation: Discuss with the client to understand their event vision, theme, and budget. Discuss decor, guest count, and special requests. Estimate: Estimate outlining services, pricing, and payment schedule, and collect a deposit to secure the date. We require a 30% deposit to book. Preparation: Coordinate logistics, confirm details, and maintain communication with the client leading up to the event. Setup: Arrival to set up decor, seating, and technical equipment (if applicable), ensuring the decor is in place and handle any adjustments as needed during the event. Breakdown: After the event, dismantle the setup.

What is the overall theme or style of the event? (Theme e.g. Winnie the Pooh, Spiderman, Paw Patrol) (Style e.g., formal, casual, rustic, modern, vintage) What is my budget? How many guests will be attending? What is the event date and location? What specific decor elements do I want? (e.g., backdrops, centerpieces, balloons, table settings, lighting) Do I need any additional services? (e.g., music, party favors, rentals, signage) What are my must-have items versus nice-to-have items? How much time do I have for setup and breakdown?
