- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge hourly and not by the project, this way both the client and I get a fair deal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically begin each project at the home where I like to listen to my client express their concerns and goals for each space. Then I document the needed dimensions and take before pictures. At a follow up meeting I review with my client the estimated hours it will take to complete the project and the estimated cost. It is also at this meeting that I share some concept images with the client to make sure we are speaking the same design “language” and are on the same page design wise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in Interior Design and experience working in both the architectural realm and the furniture retail realm. This gives me the ability to source materials and home furnishings from an insider’s vantage point and thus save my client time and resources.
