Camille and his team came out and were able to install my railings and a new outside light. Everything looks great! There was a small issue that I pointed out, and with no hesitation, Camille made the necessary adjustments. I will be reaching out to them again in the future for other handyman needs.

Called Red Cedar for help moving, which isn’t their specialty and they still came out to help me the same day. The owner is so nice and so professional and the prices are so reasonable. They completed the job perfectly, quickly and went over the top to help me. Will be using them again :)

Camille and his crew were very professional prompt and did an excellent job. They showed up on time and brought all supplies needed to complete the job. I would highly recommend them. In fact I have asked them to repair and stain my Porch stairs for the next project.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer FREE consultations and estimated for both, Residential and Commercial premises, with very competitive pricing options without compromising on quality or professionalism.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most jobs will require a site visit for a better evaluation, all site visits are FREE and will have a Free estimate. We will then schedule a time with the customer, once visit is done, the estimate will be sent via email (same day estimate or next day depending on the job). Once the customer agrees on the estimate, the job will be scheduled (payment is required to schedule the appointment). We are always available via email for any inquiry or questions and available by phone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years of experience in this field. We have undergone various cleaning training throughout our 20 years. Red Cedar Management has a certification from Atomes for recently undergoing the ADVANCED training on the Cleaning & Disinfection and Proper Application of Atomes Products line. The head of our Handyman Department has 2 licenses as well: class A HIC and a CIS license, for residential and commercial improvement.
