What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price by the property size, average fee is $425 for a 2000 square foot house
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed 70 hours of online and classroom training, 25 required ride along inspections and have passed additional courses through ICA and InterNACHI to obtain Certified Professional Inspector status. I am still studying continuing education courses in my field.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to take from my experience in carpentry, construction and commercial hardware installation to obtain my home inspector license and start my business.
