We worked with Jonathan Slate and his team on our interior painting after moving into our first home, which needed a lot of work. Jonathan provided a quick quote and accommodated our schedule. Their work went beyond painting—they repaired doorframes, filled numerous holes, finished baseboards, and restored crown molding. This was my first home remodel project and it was a wonderful experience. Jonathan and his team (Vladimir, Johnny, and Chris) were AMAZING!!! I had some molded subflooring that needed to be replaced. They also put new flooring down and I love absolutely love it! The job was completed so fast, I couldn't believe it.

The contractor was responsive, however, he used sub-contractors from Washington DC, so they never arrived before 9-10, sometimes 11. Wrong shower door purchased by contractor and never told me, had to take out and reinstall what I asked for and replace tiles etc, so took longer. sub-contractor used my vacuum and broom to clean his messes, so unprepared. Also bought incorrect faucet and didn't tell me, just says we can fix it later.

They redid my roof, siding and windows from a major storm damage. They did an amazing job. From the start they brought me color samples to pick out for my siding and roof shingles. They started my job within 2 days of the contract signing. They explained each step of the process so I never was left guessing. The whole job was completed in a timely fashion and done correctly. They cleaned up the job site. I am so pleased with my new windows as they are an upgrade to what I had before the storm. They installed 24 new windows so it wasn't a small job to do. The workers were always pleasant and very commutative. Overall I give this company a 5 star rating. I usually don't give 5 stars but this company deserves one. They truly went above and beyond from step 1 until the end.
