This was my first home remodel project and it was a wonderful experience. Jonathan and his team (Vladimir, Johnny, and Chris) were AMAZING!!! I had some molded subflooring that needed to be replaced. Didn't show up for first appointment. Hour and a half late for the second appointment. They send me a bunch of pics of my roof and tell me I need to get it changed ASAP. TWO DIFFERENT ROOFING COMPANIES SAID MY ROOF IS GOOD FOR ANOTHER FIVE TO TEN YEARS! GET A SECOND OPINION ON YOUR ROOF!

The contractor was responsive, however, he used sub-contractors from Washington DC, so they never arrived before 9-10, sometimes 11. Wrong shower door purchased by contractor and never told me, had to take out and reinstall what I asked for and replace tiles etc, so took longer. sub-contractor used my vacuum and broom to clean his messes, so unprepared. Also bought incorrect faucet and didn't tell me, just says we can fix it later.
