- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our quotes are a flat rate. No hidden fees, taxes or hourly rates that charge for unproductive time. Sometimes it is hard to tell a price based simply on the information Thumbtack provides, so we may send a quote without a price listed asking for the address this is just so we can take a look at the property and offer your a fair, upfront price. We offer military and first responder discounts as our way of saying thank you to those who protect and serve us each day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Personal connections with each client is what sets JMS apart from the rest. We pride ourselves on being a contractor you enjoy working with, someone who is there to answer the phone, respond to an email or text as quickly as possible. Depending on the scope and details of the project, we might just send you a price and meet for the first time at the job should you accept our bid. Other times, we like to meet beforehand and walk through the project with the client so we can understand exactly what you would like done.
