Randy made a job I thought was impossible, possible. I am grateful for that. This is my first independent home purchase. I just invested nearly $10,000 in interior painting work and new furniture. I was definitely anxious about my walls, floorboards, and furniture getting damaged from equipment and the move around that was necessary to get to the floors. I am sure my anxiety wasn’t easy to deal with, but I am grateful Randy was so optimistic. The new color of my floors is so perfect and at the end of the day, if there are scuffs, scratches, etc. to touch up, I’m fine with that. I appreciate the efficiency and efforts of the work team who was here. I am attaching photos of the transformation from golden oak to the new light color that I love. I am pleased.

Geovanni, Randy, and their colleague were great to work with. Randy was prompt to provide an on-site estimate. Geovanni and his co-worker did excellent work- the floor installation was fast, thorough, and very well done. They clearly took pride in their work, even though it’s just my little floor, and they cleaned up after. They were very kind to be mindful of my sleeping baby! I would hire FloorTechs again.

Floor techs went above and beyond with the details of my white oak hardwood install. They built a subfloor from scratch after several other contractors claimed a solid wood install would not be possible on my concrete slab. At various points in the process, Randy took the time to listen to my concerns about children’s health during the remodel and used green finishes and building materials throughout. The workmanship on the finished product was incredible.

Randy and team were super knowledgeable and professional. I needed to have the flooring in my basement leveled before having LVP installed. Job took about 2 days despite some miscommunication (no ones fault) regarding covering what used to be a drain. The team was very flexible and came back out the next week to complete the job. Would definitely use them again to install flooring in my upstairs unit in the future.
