The immediate problem was fixed. Gained additional information concerning screens and the replacement of screens. Using Vivid to replace the screens within the gazebo and to correct the poor workmanship done by others.

I needed a porch screen door repaired. I contacted Vivid Screens and George got back to me right away. He came out quickly to do the repair, explained all the steps needed and made sure we understood what was involved and used high quality materials. He did the work for a fair price, was very friendly and I would definitely hire Vivid Screens again.

George was fantastic. Firstly, he did an in-home quote for the window screens I needed. He suggested we take a look at the shed in my backyard to see if any of the windows already had screens. I had just moved in to my home and he said often times when sellers are trying to sell a house, they will take the screens out to make it look more attractive. We went to the shed to get them (which I was super appreciative for! I'm way too afraid of cicadas to have done it by myself). He then installed about 4 or 5 screens that were still in good shape and only charged $10 per screen for installation. Had he not gone outside to find those screens, I would've been spending more than an additional $300. He measured all the windows that still needed screens and was back the next week to install the custom screens he had made. He did a great job and I'd absolutely recommend him to anyone that needed new screens. He was very knowledgeable and to the point. It was also great that I didn't have to have a check or cash on hand because he accepts payments through Zelle.
