He came to my house and completed three tasks for 8 hours: 1. Relocate the internet receptacle (Same Wall) 2. Painted (approximately 200 square feet in total) 3. Installed a storm door. However, there were eight issues: 1. He said he would arrive at 11 AM but showed up at 11:17 AM, yet wrote in the contract as if he started at 11. 2. He didn’t properly begin work until after noon, after fetching tools from his car, wasting over an hour. The problem is that he charges $60 per hour, even when not working. 3. He claimed he could move the internet receptacle without the necessary part, but after working on it for over an hour, he made the internet line unusable. He later finished it with a part I ordered from Amazon, but one slot is left empty, making it look unfinished. 4. The paint job doesn’t look clean because he only applied one coat. 5. He made a mess by getting paint on other areas while painting. 6. After finishing, he walked around with his shoes on, leaving dust everywhere, and then used our vacuum cleaner to clean up. 7. The storm door doesn’t close properly. He told me to go to Home Depot and buy additional parts, but I found out those parts weren't necessary—it was just a bad installation. 8. The biggest issue is that he promised to come back the next day to reapply the paint, but when I contacted him that evening, he said his schedule was full for the rest of the week and that he could only come a week later. I wasn’t planning to leave this review if he had returned to fix the issues, but I hope this helps prevent others from having the same experience as I did.
