FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to pricing, we're not playing games. We charge what the job's worth, period. But here's the deal - we work directly with your insurance company. That means for most jobs, you're only out your deductible. We've got the experience to make sure every dollar of damage is accounted for, so you're not left holding the bag. Now, for non-insurance jobs, we provide free inspections and detailed estimates. No hidden fees, no surprises. We're not the cheapest, and we're not trying to be. We're the best. And when it comes to protecting your biggest investment - your property - you want the best.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You call, we show up. Fast. Within hours, not days. First, we assess the damage. We're looking at water levels, contamination, structural issues - the works. Then, we lay out a remediation plan. We're talking immediate mitigation to stop further damage, then a full restoration roadmap. We handle everything - from sucking out water and drying your space to mold remediation and rebuilding. We coordinate with your insurance, document everything meticulously, and keep you in the loop every step of the way. Our goal? To make your property better than it was before the damage hit. That's not just restoration, that's elevation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've got it in spades. Every technician at Honor Restorations is IICRC certified. That's the gold standard in our industry. We're talking specialized training in water damage restoration, applied structural drying, mold remediation, fire and smoke restoration - and many more. But here's the real deal - we're not just book smart. We're street smart. Every job teaches us something new, and we've done thousands. We stay on top of the latest tech and techniques through ongoing training. When you hire us, you're not getting some rookie with a certificate. You're getting battle-hardened pros who've seen it all and fixed it all.
