- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is not our number one priority as our main focus is our clients satisfactions and keeping their homes in the best shape possible , while proving a top notch quality job. We work on keeping our prices reasonable to prevent clients from wasting their time shopping around. We also provide discounts, all depends on the project complexity and price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide our clients with all of our contact information via a message from thumbtack and text message to give them the freedom to contact us at their most convenient time for a smooth start. Once in contact with our new client we schedule a (On-Site) free estimate visit according to their prefer time and date or our soonest availability. Next we arrive to the job site at the promised time and date, we then discuss the problem or reason for the visit with the client and do our inspection. Once we locate the problem or complete the inspection we provide the client we a price to complete the project (small repairs) or collect more information from the client to provide a written estimates including a scope of the job, warranty etc... lastly we follow up once we send the estimate to answer any questions the new client might have.
