Kirk was communicative when trying to coordinate a time for coming by to evaluate and repair my roof leak. He came out the next day and walked me through the current state of my roof. He quickly identified caulk that had cracked and needed to be replaced on my chimney flashing as well as vent pipes. I typically prefer to maintain my own home, but sometimes I feel it’s right to call in a professional. Kirk explained that this was an easy repair and the I absolutely could do it myself. He even offered me the tubes of caulk I would need. I also very much appreciated the additional notes of minor hail damage and the approximate remaining life of the roof. Kirk didn’t want any payment for his visit, but I insisted. Thank you very much for your visit and advice!

I highly recommend Apex Roofing Contractors. They are very professional and the work quality is superb! We have a townhouse, only the front side of siding needs to be replaced with Hardie plank, the project is very small. Most of the contractors don’t want to do them or they ask for a lot of money. Apex ‘s estimate is very reasonable and Kirk is very responsive to our request or questions. They finished job in one day and we are very pleased what they have done!

Kirk responded quickly and arrived the next morning. He took a look at the roof and determined the leak was around 2 vents where caulk had shrunk. He took pictures. I agreed to his suggested repair. I am hoping the leak is fixed. Kirk said there is a 1 year guarantee, so if it does leak, I will call him.
