*UPDATED* I submitted a request for help yesterday for this week and was called 5 times back to back this morning beginning 7:00 AM. That is harassment. Afterwards I contacted him via this App for the actual quote I had requested before turning down the egregious amount. Actually….. you called me 5 times. As I stated in my honest review. You didn’t even have the decency to leave a message until the 3rd call. I happen to have a Mom whom I love deeply who was just diagnosed with dementia after my Dad just died in May. You have NO idea, what calling someone’s phone at 7:00 AM in the morning 5 times in a row that woke me up - to provide the quote that you could have quoted me last night before midnight within this App. It’s what the App is for. Weeding out precisely this level of disregard and disrespect for our community. I pay my own hard earned money and am more than aware of exactly how much gas it would cost you and how much time and effort these trash bags totaling less than 4 pounds, would take anyone, and would have happily paid you what I just paid someone else and would have joyously and gratefully tipped you just as mightily ($100 TIP) for your assistance, had you not been too lazy to jump on the opportunity last night in your reply and so desperate to get the job at 7 AM that you blew up my phone until you roused me from my peaceful slumber into a blood chilling panic thinking that my Mother or the Hospital, was calling me before 9 AM. Yes, you get to live with my honest review and everyone here gets to have a record of your ways and your outright lie above about calling me only 5 times. I’m actually going to contact my phone provider right now to find out just exactly how many more times you blew up my number before realizing I had blocked you and before telling me in the App that you tried to reach me by phone. Stay tuned.

Carlos refused to do the work right. We asked him to remove a tent and some trash, initially he charged $600. By the end, he was charging $1000! Then he quoted us $1700 for a ramp, he didn’t do the ramp the correct size and refused to redo it! Then lied and said we weren’t paying him because we wanted it done right. Don’t work with him! So, we paid him—- Folks, do you know he still refused to come fix it! Don’t trust this guy or you WILL regret it!

Hello Nathan, thank you for your review we truly appreciate taking your time and also sharing your discomfort with the situation but please let’s have this clear the job you hire me thru the app was for the junk removal and it was $600 as you keep adding more and more (have pictures of transactions don’t lie to make the situation seem worse, specially when writing FALSE REVIEWS) you also spoke about a ramp job where I agree on doing it giving a price for labor and material same day I say how your idea of the angles were not going to work and you agreed, my guys and my self worked there all day, job was done and after not responding calls or text for three days you made up that the job was not well done and to get it fix when since the begging I explain to you about the angles to the floor were not working but you also wanted me to do more work for the same money “even tho you were upset about the work done” and to keep peace in this situation (A REFUND TO YOU WAS GIVING, Not all since our company spent on materials and workers) we try to work our best with prices and costumers especially during this times but once again we’re really sorry for the miscommunication/discomfort you may have had and respectfully thank you for everything.
