We have a (upstairs) master bathroom renovation project going on so things are pretty dusty upstairs. We dust every day during the project but the dust is overwhelming at times. I asked Jennyfer and her team to dust the main level and clean the hardwood floors. The hardwood floors looked 10 times worse after the cleaning. I asked for one hallway bathroom cleaning, dusting and vacuuming upstairs. The guy that was vacuuming the floor, accidentally pulled a sock in the vacuum from the floor, pulled it from the vacuum and threw it back on the floor. Jennyfer was doing the dusting, she dusted only the top of one dresser and didn't dust the entire dresser, only the top. There are night stands and a fireplace that she didn't even touch, left dusty. I was working in my office when they said they were finished. I asked my husband was everything okay and I paid them for showing up. Once I took a break and saw the subpar work, I rebooked them for 2 weeks just to see if they were that poor or were they restricted because of the renovation project. Jennyfer agreed to the rebook. I texted her the day before the arrival, she informed me that she could not work that day, after agreeing and NEVER informing us that they would not be arriving. Jennyfer is nice enough but the cleaning is subpar at best. I paid promptly and provided a tip since gas is so high and I appreciated the effort. If you are looking for a somewhat good cleaning, this is NOT the company to hire. I can only hope they get better or get out of the cleaning business. Jennyfer asked to leave a review from the first cleaning but I didn't do it because I didn't want to leave a negative review. I wanted to give her another chance. After she didn't show up for the second cleaning with no desire to do good business, I decided to submit the review. It's time for people to stop getting away with mediocre and subpar performances.
