- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every painting project is unique, which is why we offer free, on-site estimates. Items like square footage, condition of the surface, prep work required, and amount of paint will all be taken into consideration to provide you with an exact price quote for your project. And, for your convenience, Five Star Painting of Manassas offers fast and easy financing for all our clients. Please request more details if interested. Certain minimum criteria must be met for eligibility.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers will be taken through the entire process, including talking through the details and goals of your project, discussing paint colors, timelines, our 2-year warranty and expectations. Before the job is finalized, the Project Manager will take the customer on a “Five Star walk-through” to point out any areas requiring touch-ups.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Five Star Painting has national partnerships with leading paint manufacturers Sherwin Williams and Behr. These partnerships help Five Star Painting stay ahead of the competition on paint knowledge, new products and access to resources, such as color consultants.
