- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The condition of your home. Is it very messy, in decent condition, or kept clean but needs maintenance? It's ok if it's messy, that's what we're here for, but let us know in advance so we come prepared! Other items to know before calling a professional include: the square footage of your home, if you have any pets, if there are cleaning products that you prefer and if there are rooms that are rarely used and just need a light touch.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have a phone call to get to know you and your expectations better so that we can meet them. We then agree on a booking date and send you a confirmation email with all the details. We offer an app called Launch27 where you can change the schedule, communicate with the cleaner, update payment information and more. Our cashless payments mean you never have to run out to the ATM to grab cash because the cleaner is coming.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our cleaners have years of experience cleaning homes and a proven track record of satisfied customers!
