- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on type of project and customer's choices of product. But we may match competitor pricing as long as it's the same materials and scope of work. In order to match, we will need to be sent a copy of the estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up a consultation, take measurements and notes, depending on the type of project, send an estimate for project or set up a showroom visit to pick out materials and then send an estimate. This process will vary depending if you're just doing flooring or if you were doing a kitchen or bathroom remodel.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a master carpenter with an in house full mill facility, and a flooring expert with over 10 years experience.
