We, at PRONTO Air duct, prioritize fair and transparent pricing, high-quality service, and good customer support. The cheapest price may not always be the best option. Our quality of service and our reputation are important factors to consider. Be sure to get a clear and detailed quote upfront, so you understand the total cost of the services being provided. Ask us questions and seek clarification if there are any parts of the quote that are unclear.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial consultation: We will ask the customer about their air duct cleaning needs and provide an overview of their services and pricing. Inspection: We may inspect the customer's air ducts to assess their condition and determine the appropriate cleaning method. Cleaning: We will use specialized equipment to clean the air ducts thoroughly, removing any dust, debris, or other contaminants. Post-cleaning inspection: We may conduct a post-cleaning inspection to ensure that the air ducts are clean and functioning properly. Follow-up: We may follow up with the customer to ensure their satisfaction and offer any maintenance or follow-up services as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It is recommended that technicians who perform air duct cleaning receive some form of training to ensure they understand the proper techniques and safety protocols. We at PRONTO Air duct, have passed a comprehensive exam that covers various aspects of air duct cleaning, including safety, techniques, equipment, and industry standards. We'll be more than happy to show you our certifications and insurance at the door!!
