Roger was highly professional, detail-oriented, and a great communicator. He did an excellent job re-caulking and cleaning the grout in our shower and kitchen tiles. He also carefully removed and replaced a broken tile, ensuring a seamless repair. He went above and beyond by taking care of a couple of additional small requests at no extra charge. His pricing was very reasonable and competitive. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

Roger did an excellent job of cleaning and repairing the grout in my bathroom. It was not an easy job, because I have very small tiles that require a lot more grout than normal sized tiles. He was meticulous and went above and beyond, including caulking areas of the bathroom where the caulk had deteriorated. Would highly recommend!

Roger certainly deserves all the 5-star reviews. In January 2024 I had the shower stall in my master bathroom remodeled that included a Schluter Waterproofing System, which, as Roger noted, is the best. Nevertheless, the grout and silicone calk in the shower pan had deteriorated and mold had formed. Roger removed the old grout and calk and put in new grout and mold resistant silicone calk. But he didn't stop there. He also repaired and recalked the soap niche and outside base of the shower stall. As you can see from the photo, the shower stall has been transformed to its pristine new condition. Highly commend Roger's detail and professionalism, his expertise, and his suggestions. Should note that I was so impressed with the result that added $20 to the original estimate.
