Roger was highly professional, detail-oriented, and a great communicator. He did an excellent job re-caulking and cleaning the grout in our shower and kitchen tiles. He also carefully removed and replaced a broken tile, ensuring a seamless repair. He went above and beyond by taking care of a couple of additional small requests at no extra charge. His pricing was very reasonable and competitive. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

Roger did an excellent job of cleaning and repairing the grout in my bathroom. It was not an easy job, because I have very small tiles that require a lot more grout than normal sized tiles. He was meticulous and went above and beyond, including caulking areas of the bathroom where the caulk had deteriorated. Would highly recommend!

I would definitely hire Roger again in the future. I had two bathrooms with shower/tub combinations that needed attention due to grout cracking and coming apart in the corners of the showers and around the borders of the bathtubs. Roger responded promptly to my message on Thumbtack. He called me, explained the work he would do, and patiently answered all my questions. He replaced the grout and then sealed it with 100% silicone caulk. Every time I texted him, he responded within an hour. He arrived on the scheduled day, on time, and completed the work beautifully with clean, straight lines. Roger appears to be honest, hardworking, and consistent. He gave me peace of mind, and I would hire him again without hesitation.
