My fridge was not dispensing water and the problem was quickly diagnosed. I was told what he was fixing and how much it may cost if he uncovered another issue. I really appreciated the transparency throughout the process. He noticed the fridge compressor was extremely dirty and dusty so he showed me and offered to clean it for a discounted fee since he was already here. All in all, I had a very positive experience. We scheduled an appointment quickly, diagnosed the issue, explained what needed to be done (and what might still need to be done), fixed my issue and cleaned the area when the job was complete. I definitely recommend using Major Appliances Repair!
