We are just half-way through a dryer repair. He responded shortly after I called. Our dryer died, he made an appointment, was on time, diagnosed the problem promptly, he made me an invoice after searching for specific parts as opposed to replacing items that aren’t broken, like not replacing an entire wire housing. That quality is really appreciated as it is keeping me from paying too much, especially in these times! I paid for parts and already paid for one hour labor for when the parts are shipped to him. He’s been professional, neat, clean dress, soft spoken and he’s willing to come to Roanoke, 5 out of 5 stars so far and that’s only because they don’t offer six stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
