- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The goal is predictability and value add to business owners. Let’s chat about what that looks monthly, and how any additional work, apart from monthly maintenance, will be priced.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We’ll start with a free consultation. Let’s discuss your needs/desires, share timelines, etc. and ensure we’re a good fit for one another. We’ll discuss any cleanup of your file, month-to-month maintenance, and expectations for working together, including pricing, scheduling, communication, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With approximately 3 years working directly with/for QuickBooks, I have an advanced certification for QuickBooks Online. Earned my Master’s degree in Business Administration in 2019.
