- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price quoted is per session but there are training packages that will save them money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet the owner and the dog in their setting to evaluate exactly what their issues and concerns are. I like to see first hand what is going on on a daily basis and how the owners deal with it. Then I like to discuss their goals that they have for their dog. Using all this information we come up with a training program designed specifically for them and their goals. Typically in the same first visit we get started immediately on the first level of our new plan and by the end of the visit the owner has “homework” to do before our next scheduled session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had basic certification in dog training and am continuing my education for higher levels of obedience as well as service dog training certification.
