6 and 12-month plans are discounted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Consult to go over training process, goals and lifestyle questionnaire. This allows us to see if we are a good match. We also determine best frequency training in order to reach those goals. Game plan is everything! 2. SL Performance creates individualized programming to help you reach your specified goals. 3. Feedback throughout each session is used to adjust at-home habits as well as in-session programming. This is a team effort.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have received my BFA in Dance Performance and BS in Kinesiology. I'm a certified Personal Trainer with a Corrective Exercise and Nutrition Specialization from the leading company in the fitness world, National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am Pilates Mat I/II certified through Balanced Body. I am also First Aid/CPR/AED certified.
