What stands out is my thorough support and service. I enjoy helping people be productive in their business. Even though I work an 8 to 5 job repairing and setting up network capabilities for print devices on client PCs in the daytime Monday thru Friday. I'm able to be at a customer site after those hours or for those who work long hours in the evening. Also, I am available on all Saturdays but not Sunday's. I have 25+ years in the Document Industry of repairing mostly Laser Printers. I still experience of repairing inkjet printers too. Mostly government, commercials office and some SoHo businesses. Among other talents I have for Network Printing needs.

We were able to assess the problem by telephone. Through a process of elimination (in consideration of steps I had already taken), we determined that the cost of one or more of the likely replacement parts was sufficiently high (for a 4+ year-old printer) that purchasing a new printer was preferable. I gladly paid his consulting fee to avoid inconvenience and further waste of time.

Robert methodically diagnosed issues why printer not printing, identifying two error messages and steps to fix and get printer again printing from printer's control panel and then from computer applications such as Word and Email, also ensuring that printer scan functioned properly, along the way explaining what he was doing and why. Top notch professional!

Mr. Mason showed up a few minutes early for our appointment which was fine. He was masked which was good. He was able to diagnose the problem and change the settings in my printer to restore the fax function. He tested it later and it proved to be 100% successful. I highly recommend him!

80.00 min charge for Standalone Inkjet Desktop printers. 100.00 min charge for MFD Inkjet Printers (Fax, Copy,Scan,Print).120.00 min charge for Laser Desktop and Commercial floor model MFD Printers (Fax, Copy,Scan,Print) . Travel charge of $20.00 per every 20 miles over from company location( Lorton, Va), 20.00 will be added to the total charges. Preference of service is Northern Virginia.
