- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Deposits are non-refundable. Payment in full is due 6 hours before the event start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to begin with a telephone call with the customer, primarily to get some details about their special day, and to answer any questions they may have regarding the ceremony, completion of paperwork, and my qualifications and authorizations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of the Lancaster Theological Seminary, and currently conduct a seminar called "Hatch, Match, and Dispatch - Ceremonies for the Entire Life Cycle".
