Phil was right on what needed to be taken care of, asked many questions to start so he fully understood the problems I was having, turned out to be nothing I thought it was. He handled the issues, took his time answering my questions and my computer is working properly. I highly recommend his work.

My computer stopped working unexpectedly and I brought it to Philip on the same day I reached out to him. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly, provide the price, order the parts (all on the same day) and fix the computer the same day the part arrived. Throughout the whole process (which only took 5 days), Philip kept me updated on the parts’ shipping, cost, etc. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Thank you!!

He got back to be very promptly and we troubleshooted the issues right away with some questions on the software side before jumping into hardware. Many of the issues I faced turned out to be down to some design choices in the PC I had purchased, but ultimately this info wouldn't have been known to me if he hadn't helped diagnose the problem in the first place. Set me on the right path moving forward, and I am incredibly grateful for that! Clear expertise in all things PC.
