- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep our pricing fair for the area we're working in. We're not the cheap, guy with a truck option. Were dedicated, skilled and experienced. You'll never over pay but we'll always exceed expectations! Cancellations within 24 hours of the project will result in a cancellation/ rescheduling fee that will be equal to 20% of the total quoted price of the project. This is so our employees can be paid for their time, gas and expenses if someone cancels last minute. We know some clients like to pick up their own materials to save on money, and we are happy to work with that. However there will be an additional fee if you pick up the wrong materials and we have to go pick up the correct ones. Any jobs over 20 mi away from our location, the clock starts when we leave the location for the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we like to give quotes remotely to get started. Pictures and/or measurements are incredibly helpful. From there we will send you a quote and then schedule a day to complete the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
AED/CPR certified, first responder certified, 2A hoisting license (backhoe, front end loaders, excavators)
