With my background in chiropractic medicine and training through the Institute for Functional Medicine, I specialize in weight loss, thyroid hormone balance, and gut health conditions. Because of this background in using food as medicine, I do not count calories for clients or do macros. All calories are not equal in terms of how they are used and needed by the body, so this goes against my training. I bring an evidence based approach to creating high quality nutritional and lifestyle plans for my clients. I am compassionate, caring and provide a safe environment for open communication. I look forward to working with you! I accept all credit cards and PayPal and do not accept insurance at this time. However, you may be able to submit receipt for reimbursement. Sarah was an incredible person to work with. I've been waiting for an opportunity to work with a professional for a few years and I am so glad I went with her! She is always looking to improve the health of her clients by asking questions, answering client questions, and focusing on what works! Her advice and insights were always based on her expertise and medical knowledge. Sarah helped me begin my running journey as well. I've always wanted to start running, but I did not have the confidence. Sarah was encouraging and motivating, but she also helped me to learn how to build up my stamina to run! Overall, Dr. Sarah is amazing. She helped me lose 15 lbs this summer and I plan to continue to use the knowledge I've now gained to continue losing weight and becoming healthier. I was fortunate to find Dr. Sarah. She has changed my life! I have lost 33 pounds in 12 weeks. I have more energy and feel better than I have in years! Dr. Sarah customized a nutritional plan for me. The recipe choices came promptly every week. They are absolutely delicious and easy to make! My husband joined me on this plan after eating a few meals. He has lost 36 pounds! We have never eaten so well. The snack options are delicious, but we are rarely hungry between meals. The support Dr. Sarah offers is excellent as well. In her coaching calls, she offers practical solutions to questions that arise along the way. This nutritional plan is one I can stick with. My husband is happily sticking with it as well! I still have some weight to lose. My doctor is thrilled with my progress. My friends notice the change in me. Most importantly, I feel good about myself and my health journey again! I have never been a healthy eater, mainly because my lack of initiative to take the time to make meals. I came to Dr. Sarah Corcoran because this unhealthy habit began catching up to me, effecting my skin, weight, and overall health. She took the time to understand not only my eating habits but my lifestyle habits and crafted the perfect nutrition and wellness plan for me. I was worried that following a meal plan was going to be hard to follow and that the meals would be bland. I was so pleasantly surprised by how easy and delicious these recipes were. Suddenly I found myself WANTING to cook all my meals and with the surplus options she gave me, I never got bored because I had options. Now I feel better and my complexion is much better because I'm using the tips and education she gave me to apply to all my meals. I was so appreciative that she took the time to help me understand the purpose behind each decision and gave me the background to understand the different benefits from different types of food. I would highly recommend to get your nutrition on track!

My visit with Dr. Sarah was fabulous. She came ready with information tailored to me, based on the paperwork she'd had me fill out prior to the visit. She gave me specific tips on what I could do to improve my nutrition and to help reduce my body's pain and inflammation that it has from Arthritis. I have now been doing them for the past two weeks (dairy free and Gluten free) and I feel SO much better already. My aches are a lot less, I have better sleep and more energy, and I've lost an incredible 7 pounds! She told me things like adding lemon to your water early in the morning will help me digest food better all day. I started doing that the next day and I really feel that it works! I took three pages of notes while she spoke, and I've followed all her instructions. She is very knowledgable, easy to talk to, and will answer all your follow up questions that you don't think of in the moment. Well worth every penny and more. Thank you, Dr. Sarah!
