- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Offers: -I offer free 15 minute consultation calls (please sign up on my website) to answer any quick questions that you have about your current issues and provide more insight into what you can do that will help you the most. -Consultation for diet assessment and personalized nutritional guidance This includes: - Analysis of a 3 Day Food and Lifestyle Journal to give you information on what to avoid as well as add in to your diet and lifestyle. -Review of any recent lab work. - 30 minute phone call to go over necessary changes including what to avoid and what to add in to achieve your goals. -I offer lifetime access to online portal meal plans for 4 weeks that include: -5 options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and beverages -Lifestyle routine changes -Supplement guidance -Stress relief information It is a holistic and comprehensive approach. -I offer coaching programs for 4, 6, 8, and 12 weeks that also include: -Weekly personalized meal plans -Weekly 30 minute coaching calls that include the areas of sleep, stress, hydration, nutrition, and movement/exercise to create an attainable and holistic lifestyle plan for you. -The weekly calls add more support, education, and accountability to the programs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first gain information from you about what you are struggling with and your goals either through our initial conversation on Thumbtack or a consultation call. During this initial conversation, I learn about your food and diet preferences and what other lifestyle changes you may need help with including but not limited to movement/exercise, stress/stress relief, sleep, and lifestyle routine. With that in mind, we discuss whether weekly meal plans or 1:1 coaching would be the best fit for you and your needs. When you sign up for the program, I send you a 3 Day Food and Lifestyle Journal as well as a Core Food Plan that allows you to let me know more about your food preferences. After receiving those, I create your customized meal plan and if we are doing 1:1 coaching, we set up our first coaching call!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in Psychology from Kenyon College. This is directly related to human habit formation and behavior changes. I also have a Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine that allows me to understand the biochemical mechanisms of the human body and nutrition. I have further training in nutrition through the Institute for Functional Medicine specializing in thyroid and gastrointestinal health- both of which are key to overall health and weight loss.
