- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects time on the event shoot and time in the editing studio to produce the final product. Request for Drone service is an option we provide within FAA fly zones. Your event cannot be within 5 miles of a military base or Federal building.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we are engaged, we send a client information form and contract, and a deposit invoice. Once those are signed we then engage the customer via phone or zoom conference to talk about the logistics of the event. Our goal is to give the client memories of a lifetime!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While attending college (a few years ago) I was picked up as an intern by a local television station. I moved on to become the local origination producer for a Cable Television company.
