After the storm we had in Richmond this spring we had several companies stop by and ask to fix our roof. All of them promising the best service and the highest quality.When Marvin from The Pinnacle Group came by he was very professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy. He told us to do our due-diligence before making our decision; The Pinnacle Groups reputation would speak for itself.After reading reviews and checking references we decided to go with Marvin and The Pinnacle Group.When they started the work everything went exactly as he said it would. It was very smooth and the crews were very respectful. Marvin was very responsive and made sure all of our concerns were addressed. When they were finished everything was better than when they started.If you are looking for a roofing company I would definitely go with Marvin and The Pinnacle Group. You won't be disappointed.

I have never had to call a roofing company before but had a leak and wasnt sure who to call. I googled roofing companies in my area and The Pinnacle Group was 1 of 5 companies that came up. I called all 5 and left voicemails with each. The Pinnacle Group is the only company that returned my call. Anthony came to my home that day at 7pm to assess my issue. He came knowing it wasnt going to be a huge job but we had storms in our up coming forecast and I needed help.From the minute Anthony arrived he treated me and the job as though it was his biggest. He offered me two different solutions and walked me through each one. The job was completed immediately and everyone from The Pinnacle Group that came to my home was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient.I am 100% satisfied with the outcome and I can not say enough about Anthony and The Pinnacle Group.I am a customer for life! We had our roof replaced by The Pinnacle Group late this Spring. We worked with James who came highly recommended by a work colleague.After working with him I can see why. He was the best roofing contractor I have ever worked with. He was very professional and stayed on top of everything from start to finish; which took half as long as I thought the process would take. From the first day I met him to do the inspection to the end of the project was only 2 weeks. He was able to get everything scheduled in less than a week, start to finish. When they were done my house looked better than when I purchased it.When it was all done I referred him to a few friends who worked with him as well. He called me this week to see how I was and thank me for the referrals.If you need a roof replaced you have to work with James and The Pinnacle Group. I can't recommend him enough.

Normally I do not write reviews for companies however, after several roof installations on different properties in the last 8 years including the recent one done on my house, I'm convinced that The Pinnacle Group is one of the leading companies in the industry that has earned customer's trust and is deserved to have such recognition, purely based on what I have noticed.1. They're able to provide a thorough roof inspection, the detailed measurements through advanced eagle-view tool, and an itemized installation estimate.2. They're committed and capable of providing professional assistance to the property owner with services such as direct communicating with the insurance carrier, or the roof material manufacturer to negotiate the best coverage on customer's behalf.3. Their charge was reasonable and their work was superb which includes a noticeable workmanship and a worry-free aftermath cleanup.Be sure to ask for Anthony but Im sure all of their agents are also amazing.

When we come to your come to meet with you and any other decision makers, we conduct a thorough inspection and tailor a price to your project needs and specifications. In exterior home remodeling, there really is no one price fits all.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we will set an appointment to conduct an inspection, meet with the you, then conduct an inspection and tailor your project to your needs and specification. We will present the price and if you choose to move forward, we will send over all documentation to our Production Department to order your materials and schedule your installation.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with any and all residential homeowners.
