- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Inquiry: The customer visits our website and fills out a questionnaire or contact form to provide initial details about their project, needs, and requirements. Consultation: If necessary, we schedule a consultation with the customer to discuss their project in more detail. During the consultation, we listen to the customer's goals, preferences, and concerns, and provide expert advice and recommendations based on our expertise and experience. Estimate Submission: After the consultation, we prepare and submit a detailed estimate outlining our proposed approach, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Agreement and Contract: Upon acceptance of the proposal, we finalize the agreement and contract details, including terms and conditions, payment schedule, and project milestones. The customer reviews and signs the contract electronically through our website or other digital platforms. Preparation and Planning: Leading up to the scheduled shoot date, the photographer works closely with the customer to finalize any remaining details and logistics. This may include coordinating schedules, confirming locations, arranging for any necessary permits or permissions, and discussing wardrobe or styling options if applicable. Photography Session: On the day of the shoot, the photographer arrives at the agreed-upon location(s) and begins capturing images according to the plan outlined in the proposal. The photographer may provide guidance and direction to the customer to ensure the desired shots are achieved. Post-Production and Delivery: After the photography session, the photographer selects and edits the best images from the shoot to enhance their quality and aesthetic appeal. Once the editing process is complete, the final images are delivered to the customer in the agreed-upon format and timeframe, ready for their use and enjoyment.
