Our pricing covers a comprehensive 9-week program designed to guide you on a sustainable transformative wellness journey, integrating mind, body, and spirit. The program includes three weekly online or in-person training sessions, personalized nutrition plans or meal prep guidance, weekly habit implementation support, and mentoring sessions to discuss your progress. Additionally, mindfulness practices are integrated into the program. 2. Do you offer individual training sessions? As part of our philosophy, we DO NOT offer individual training sessions. Instead, we focus on providing a holistic wellness journey that encompasses a balanced approach to fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness, ensuring lasting and holistic transformation. 3. What are the key fitness specialties included in the program? Our programs are designed to cater to a diverse range of fitness goals, specializing in plant-based nutrition, strength training, muscle building, calisthenics, endurance training, as well as balance and flexibility exercises. These specialties are incorporated to address various aspects of your fitness and wellness journey, ensuring a well-rounded approach to your transformation. 4. How does your pricing structure work? The typical process for new customers begins with a free wellness assessment conducted via phone or video chat. This personalized assessment allows me to understand your specific wellness goals and tailor a comprehensive program to address your individual needs. Our conversation will focus on gaining insight into your unique fitness aspirations, lifestyle, and overall well-being, enabling me to design a program that aligns with your specific goals and sets the foundation for your transformative journey.
