- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
CUSTOMER'S should always know that material labor and landfills are always different prices and that I work according to what materials they are interested in it's not always the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
if a CUSTOMER is looking for a contractor and we reply customers should either reply back to let us know if the job is still available or it's already taken by someone else. this will help ALOT.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
