We were skeptical about using Floor Coverings International RVA because I found it on the internet and had never heard of them before.The 1st 2 pictures I have posted are "before" and the next 2 are the "after" pictures of their work, which is phenomenal! They kept us informed throughout the process and made us feel so at ease! We are soo happy we used them! This was the best experience I have ever had with a home contractor. The team was professional, personable, clean, knowledgable, and helpful. Our house feels like a whole new place with our new floors - and it was easy for us and very fairly priced. Would 100% recommend this business to anyone - I wish I had more floors to redo so I could work with them again! :)

First time carpet buyer here. They made everything so easy! From the first call to the final inspection. Izzy and Shaun came in and asked great questions so they could help me make the decisions on my color and type of carpet. Showed me so many samples and how the stain protection worked. They even got the installer to fix a bad floor squeak. Installation was fast. Pricing was so much better than other places I went. Couldnt be more happier with how things went!

Phenomenal work! I would recommend Shaun and FCI to anyone! The team was able to completely transform the shower. Previously, I'd had another contractor who had done a horrible job forcing me to have the work redone. I received several estimates. Not only did FCI give me the lowest price, they did the most amazing job I could've possibly asked for!Shaun came out personally and looked everything over. He assured me they could fix the terrible job done by the former contractor (that person was not employed by FCI). Shaun made a vast array of tile samples available. He also kept me informed with every step of the job from demolition to rebuild. His team is professional and thorough. They went above and beyond! I'm extremely satisfied with the overall experience as well as the finished product!
