Our mission is to give our clients an exciting, turn-key construction experience. To do so, we control and manage the quality of the work by properly estimating, scheduling, planning, and analyzing the scope of work per NAICS code to ensure client satisfaction.
Transparency and Quality are our goals. After years of working in construction, I quickly noticed how "shortcuts" and making "another dollar" were the goals. My faith in God taught me that there was another way—a Correct, honoring way—to do work. This is also one of the key reasons as to why I opened my own business: to give others a good view of construction done professionally, safely, and with Passion.

We hired Vivo Contracting to convert our 720 square foot garage into an apartment. We could not be more pleased with Vivo’s owner Elmer or his superintendent Victor. They have been respectful, knowledgeable and humble in all our dealings with them. They listened to us and guided us with great patience as we made design and quality decisions. Every subcontractor that came did their jobs well and were friendly and respectful as well. From the framers, the painters, the tilers to the electricians and cabinet installers we were pleased! See for yourself the before and after. Vivo did everything we asked for and in the time expected for the price contracted. Can’t do better than that! We thank God for sending them to us to do our project!

The first day the crews showed up they installed RAM board to protect the flooring throughout the service route in the home. All was cut to a perfect 45 degree angle and I knew based on the quality that they prepared to do work, that the work would be of good quality. Elmer's crew communicated well, fixed unforeseen issues in the bathroom subflooring, and delivered a dream bathroom renovation. Most importantly they provided a solution that will keep my aging Mother in her home for years to come. These guys are Top Notch!

I had a great experience with Vivo. Ariel was extremely attentive and professional. Throughout the whole process I had a lot of questions and he answered them all quickly. I think that my house was cleaner after they left than before. Overall 10/10 experience, would recommend them over and over!

The work being performed consisted of both large projects (whole house painting, new fireplace rock) and small projects (new steps, ramp).
No matter the size the work and workers were professional and paid attention to detail.
I would highly recommend using them as I will continue to do so for future projects.
