Staley & Koshak did a great job replacing our front porch! They responded quickly, gave us a quote, and were able to get us on the schedule within a week after we made the initial payment. They recommended and put in much sturdier materials than we previously had, which while not looking quite as delicate as the historic look we previously had will definitely hold up better!

We had a good experience with Staley & Koshak! Although on the higher end of our quotes, we felt most comfortable going with them for our stair build-out on our new house’s deck. They matched the materials perfectly and the work was superb. Had a few bumps with scheduling and finishing up, but was overall a success! Would recommend!

Staley & Koshak Contracting replaced our deck for us and did a phenomenal job. We are so pleased with their work. They also did a few smaller items around the house for us. Most jobs require a 50% deposit. However, if the materials needed are more expensive, we may need a higher deposit.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically like to set up a meeting to discuss the project. From there, we will get your email and phone number to send you an estimate. If you decide to proceed, we will get a deposit from you and put you on our schedule.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
JD and Nick both had their own separate companies. they decided to join forces and that is where Staley and Koshak Contracting came into play!
