Introduction

Life Squad is an American Heart association Training Site and is made up of paramedics, nurses and firefighters. We offer services including but not limited to BLS, CPR/ First Aid, OSHA training, Fire Extinguisher training, Emergency Response planning including mock drills and tailored plans, First Aid kit supplies and AED units, accessories and maintenance. Our Adult/Child and Infant CPR with AED and First Aid course, is a class we present using the American Heart Association curriculum. Every participant will have the opportunity to learn the skills of CPR and FA through the video, instructor lecture and hands on training. Each participant will receive an AHA CPR/FA certification card that is valid for two years. Everyone will have their own manikin to practice with, increasing the hands on time. Participants can expect to receive a great class taught by one of our many fantastic, experienced instructors. We give discounts for classes of 10 or more. We do NOT charge for any extra fees including mileage to your facility, certification cards, or instructor fees. Taxes are also included in our per student prices and quote. Each participant will also receive a free CPR face mask keychain, a $10 value.

I have been a Radiologic Technologist for 30+ years and have attended multiple re-cert CPR/BLS classes and can honestly say that I retained more from this class than ever before cause of the instructors unique presentation of information. Would recommend to anyone seeking a certificate in BLS.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally our prices are based on: 1. the level of certification: non certified, certified and advanced 2. The number of participants we don't charge for other things such as cards, mileage, instructor fees and so on
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for our customers is to gather specific information on the level of service desired and put together a quote or proposal based on their needs. We would tailor our drills and scenarios to their industry. We would do scenarios with industrial accidents for warehouse and manufacturing clients and pediatric emergencies for our pediatricians, just as a few examples. We submit our proposal and schedule the class around their availability.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our instructors are highly qualified EMTs, Paramedics, nurses or from other medical backgrounds.
