Hi, I go by D, and I am the owner of New Appearance Cleaning. I started this business about 2 years ago not only for the fact that I take pride in cleaning, but also because I want to give folks like yourself a chance to know what CLEAN really is. We only hire experienced candidates. The business is family owned and local. We service anything from small to mid-size buildings (for contract use) and both occupied, and unoccupied homes (for recurring or one time) in the Richmond area, and we travel anywhere as far as 50 miles out. The business is licensed, insured, bonded, and equipped!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary each hour from $35-$50 an hour depending on job size and time estimated. Deep cleaning includes - window seals, baseboard cleaning, fan dusting, Appliance cleaning is included - Commercial clients. Appliance cleaning is extra free – House cleaning.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A walk through is preferred, discussion on what needs to be cleaned as well as time and date, a quote is established, and after a service agreement will need be completed before work to ensure safety and protocol.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
.Infection control .Safe chemical handling course .Physical cleaning class and safty .Continuing to stay educated with cleaning books, videos and new/ improved cleaning equipment.
