FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have many services to choose from that is able to fit your budget. If you want us to work with a contractor you already hired, we will be then happy to do so. If you don't have a contractor we can use our own team of professionals. We give free estimates but if you want a consultation there is a fee. In our consultation, we will ask you to establish a budget (if you have one), tell us any recommendation to fit your budget and needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Intake Meeting and Consultation Once we receive a project inquiry, we will set up a call to discuss the details of the project. The first conversation is about determining if we are a good match, discuss desired budget, timeline, and expectations. After the call if we both agree we are a good match together, we will send you an email with an estimate of our fees. Step 2: In-home Consultation After we receive a sign contract, we will schedule our new client for an in-home consultation to get to know each other more and know more about the clients style. Step 3: Design Plans and 3D Renderings We create two to three design plans, each will include everything we have discussed during our previous meetings and anything we feel the project needs. Once a design plan has been chosen and it has been tweaked to the clients desires, we make a 3D rendering so there is a more realistic view of the end result. Step 4: Implementation After Step 3, everything will be ordered and scheduled, we make sure everything is perfect for our client and everything arrives on plan. We will keep checking in to make sure everything runs smoothly. Step 5: Installation and Accessorizing Once any renovations is completed, our cleaning crew will come in to clean our clients space before we install anything. Once everything is place we will present our client with their BIG REVEAL.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
At Candidly Kim Interiors, we have worked for all types of clients. We love all of our clients even our most difficult ones. We understand that our difficult clients only act that way because they have not had good experiences with previous jobs they have had. Due to COVID some things we order have been delayed for months, not day or weeks, MONTHS! So some our clients and even my team and I get frustrated because we want our clients to receive their furniture so they can enjoy their new home. Overall, we enjoy all of our clients. We appreciate the long-term relationships we have made with our clients.
