- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'll charge you $50 an hour. I give discounts to regular customers who give a lot of work. If you can book me for the whole day - it will cost $500 (labor for 10 hours)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Arrange a time. Arrive on time. Show and tell everything about the work ahead and point out the difficulties that may arise
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Completely renovated 2 apartments. Did a lot of minor repair work and replaced broken parts.
