- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For our junk removal jobs we charge by the 5 1/2ft pickup truck load and per 500 pounds as a full truck load. Additionally, for any demolition that is required to make any items better for transport is charged at a $75 fee. For either jobs bringing items up and down stairs require an additional up-charge at $50/staircase as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to establish contact by phone or by text (preferably by phone). If there are not enough details about the job request, I request that the customer provide pictures or more detailed descriptions about what will be hauled away. This allows me to quote as accurately as possible and ensure I arrive with the proper equipment, materials, and team size. Afterwards we arrange a time and place for me to complete the job.
