- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We proudly offer a 10% discount to all veterans and run seasonal promotions throughout the year. Additionally, we have a $200 referral program—when you refer someone and it results in a completed project, you'll receive a $200 check within 30 days of the job's completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Owner or Client Service Manager will begin by reaching out for an initial introduction. During this conversation, they’ll explain our process from the initial free estimate through to project completion. On this introductory call, our representative will answer any questions you may have and may also ask a few questions to help us prepare for your free project estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owners of Painter Bros hold industry-leading certifications from the Association for Materials Protection and Performance. Additionally, our team, including owners, employees, and contractors, are all licensed and insured in the state of Virginia. At Painter Bros of Hampton Roads, we conduct regular training sessions—weekly, monthly, and annually—covering areas such as corporate growth, industry knowledge, and safety competencies to ensure high standards at all levels of employment.
